The Power of The Mcbride Sisters
Who doesn’t love a great story?! Let’s talk, the McBride Sisters. Robin and Andréa were raised across the world from each other. Robin in Monterey, California and Andréa in Marlborough, New Zealand. Both among the vines of their regions, planting the seeds for a future in wine at a very young age. When the two first connected in 1999, their curiosity about wine transformed into a true passion.
In 2010, they broke the mold in a white, male dominated industry and Mcbride Sisters Wine Company was born. Their passion was fueled by a common desire to blend old-elegance with new-world finesse. These driven and forward-thinking women have not only built the largest Black-owned wine company in the United States, but have also created a company that is inclusive, accessible, socially aware and sustainable.
Check out their SHE CAN collection, a fun and eco-friendly canned wine, in collaboration with the SHE CAN Professional Development fund - honoring women pursuing their dreams and making them a reality. From these inspiring women - “Our story is proof that a bond can form over a bottle of wine; a truth that comes to life with every McBride Sisters wine.”
